A&R Communities has been a prominent home builder in Northeast Georgia from its inception. Recognizing the community’s need for quality homes at reasonable prices, the owners made a commitment to meet this need. Initially focusing on their hometown communities where they were born and raised, A&R Communities has expanded its reach to develop beautiful new homes and thriving neighborhoods across Habersham, Jackson, Hall, and Hart counties.
