The Ink Interactive Neighborhood is a great place for families to take kids. The area features a life-size model train and many other interactive exhibits. There is even music. My two-year-old enjoyed watching the characters dance and the carousel spin with the music. She also enjoyed climbing into a life-size wooden train car and wearing a conductor’s hat.
The new INK building will have 50,000 square feet, about double the size of the current facility. The new building will also feature a pottery studio and kiln room, as well as a gift shop, cafe, and helicopter structure. A kids’ kitchen will also be located inside. The facility will also be adjacent to a Publix grocery store. The current museum will remain open until the new construction is completed.
